Pre-Conference Online Workshop & Industry Hackathon

As part of the Forum "Math-for-Industry" (FMfI 2026), the Pre-Conference Online Workshop & Industry Hackathon will be conducted from 13–16 December 2026. The programme is designed to provide participants with practical exposure to Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematical Modelling, Industrial Problem Solving, and Innovation through technical training, industry-oriented challenges, team-based activities, mentoring, and final project presentations.

Participants are requested to complete the online registration process carefully and provide accurate institutional and participant information.
Access the official online registration form and complete all required fields, including the participant’s full name, institution, department/programme, email address, contact number, and other relevant details. Participants joining as teams should provide the complete details of all team members in the registration form.
For the Industry Hackathon component, participants should register according to the prescribed team structure. The team information, including the team name and details of all participating members, should be submitted through the online registration system.
After submission of the registration form, participants will receive a registration acknowledgement or confirmation from the organizing team. Please retain the confirmation for future communication and participation in the workshop.
Registered participants will receive the online workshop access details, programme schedule, joining instructions, technical requirements, and other necessary information from the organizing committee prior to the event.
Participants are expected to attend the scheduled sessions from 13–16 December 2026, actively participate in technical training and industry challenge activities, and complete the assigned team-based tasks under the guidance of the mentors and organizing team.
Teams will develop their proposed solutions and present their final outcomes during the concluding session on 16 December 2026. The final presentations will be evaluated according to the criteria communicated by the organizing committee.
